The house was built after the 1920 Land reform in Latvia, when at that time the Poči, Malta, Vilani parish, “became” a homestead. The house was built by Konstantins Pocs’ father, Peteris A. Pocs, together with his family, using a bank credit.

The house was nationalized in 1944 and converted into a communal residential building, in fact - a dormitory. After World War II and until the restoration of Latvia's independence, several families lived there. After the restoration of Latvia's independence, it was inherited by the children of K.Pocs' brother Donāts - Anna Micāne (Poča) and Pēteris Počs. After the restoration of inheritance rights, the families of the heirs lived there for some time. Later, in 2014, the land owners changed. At the beginning of 2025, the land under the house and outbuildings with an area of 2.3 ha was purchased by the son of Konstantins Počs's older brother Jānis Remigijs Počs - Chairman of the Board of the Native Home "Tālavas" Support Society.
