It is planned to develop a house renovation sketch project. As part of this, a house renovation strategy will be developed - a vision of what the house could look like after its reconstruction, what exhibits could be placed in it (photographs, models, copies of scientific articles, publications, copies of letters, copies of awards and Honorary Diplomas, etc.), what stands could be created, what the exterior design could be, etc.

It is planned to develop a technical project for the renovation of the house. It would include such elements of the renovation of the house as the renovation of the building facade, replacement of windows and doors, insulation of the house, strengthening of the foundation, walls and roof rafter structures, replacement of the roof covering, arrangement of the heating system, construction of internal and external water supply and sewage networks, renovation of the electrical installation, installation of a fire safety system and alarm system, renovation of the outbuilding, creation of driveways, etc.
